2024 Golden Bear Package Terms of Agreement
* MUST be 60 years or older – ID’s will be checked * 35% off Green Fees | 50% off Cart | Cost + 10% Merchandise * Valid at all 9 MCG Courses * 7 Days a week * All Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, are not pro-rated, and expire 12/31/24. * All Participants may be asked for additional photo ID. * All discounts permitted by the packages are for the package holder only and do not apply to any additional parties. Package holder agrees that if they share their package, their package will be immediately terminated for the remainder of the program season and not eligible for renewal or refund. * Discounts do not apply to outings, fundraisers, or tournaments. * Discounts do not apply to MCG promotions, specials, discounts, or events. * Any league play will require the payment of any applicable league fees, food & beverage fees and prize fees. * Tee Time Cancellation Policy: All customers must have a valid, active credit card on file. In the event of a no show, short show, or non-cancellation, the customer shall be responsible for the payment of the reserved tee times at the regularly quoted greens fee charge for time reserved. MCG courses will attempt to fill all reservations of less than four players. * MCG reserves the right to make changes, deletions, or additions to the MCG terms, rules and regulations, and fees associated with the program. Participants are required to abide by these changes. * MCG reserves the right to close course(s) due to weather, seasonal conditions, and extreme conditions or events. * MCG is not responsible for closures mandated by the government. * MCG reserves the right to discontinue the sale of program at any time. * Packages may not be combined
